TRANSFORMATION OF COMPANIES IN RELATION TO THE POLISH DEAL

The end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022 brought an abundance of information and recommendations as to the form in which business should be conducted under the Polish Order. However, the decision on possible structural changes in a company should not be made on the basis of journalistic studies. Not every solution that seems most favorable turns out to be so in reality, and this is influenced by a number of factors - from the size of the business, to the industry, to the culture of the organization in which the change is to take place.

The firm provides services related to determining whether a company actually needs a change in its form of operation. Where this turns out to be necessary, we prepare and help clients implement a plan for appropriate changes. In this regard, we cooperate with tax advisors who take care of the tax aspects of the planned and undertaken actions.

As part of the above, we guide Clients through transformations of partnerships and companies, including, among others, transformations into limited liability companies, limited partnerships and limited joint-stock partnerships. We also assist in the transformation of sole proprietorships into commercial companies.
