PROCEDURES AND TRAINING
A compliance system is a set of structured and consistent rules and procedures covering different aspects of an organisation's operations. Its purpose is to minimise the risk of any irregularities.

Effective implementation of compliance procedures reduces the number of irregularities in the organisation and improves its efficiency. Increased risk awareness improves decision-making, accelerates response to risks, and increases confidence in the organisation among investors, employees and customers.

We support our clients in implementing compliance procedures in their organisations.

  • We develop customised procedures (such as an anti-corruption policyverification of contractorsin case of inspections by law enforcement agencies.
  • If the need arises, we introduce changes in the company's organisational structure to reduce irregularities and improve efficiency.
  • Our task, then, is to define the scope of responsibilities of individual organs, units, and key employees.
  • We conduct tests and inspections to verify the correct implementation of procedures.

Adherence to procedures by members of the organisation is key to their successful implementation. We provide training that builds a compliance culture within the organization.

  • We train managers and employees in the designed procedures, the system of informing about irregularities (instructions for whistleblowers), proceedings in the case of actions taken by law enforcement bodies, and in the event of committing or threatening to commit a criminal offence.

We provide training to external entities (business partners) on the standards applicable in the organization.
