TRANSACTION HANDLING

Our selected projects include:

  • Preparation of legal audit and negotiation of real estate purchase agreements (preliminary, conditional and transfer of ownership agreements) for a 2-stage warehouse investment project of an area of almost 25,000 m2. Preparation of agreements concerning the construction process for both stages of the investment.
  • Preparation of a legal audit before the acquisition of real estate for an investment project for a client from the automotive industry, preparation and negotiation of a preliminary sale agreement, conditional sale agreement and ownership transfer agreement. Legal advice on financing, real estate mortgages, and easement arrangements.
  • Comprehensive support of a multi-stage housing project – from the acquisition of the property by a developer, through negotiating with the bank the terms and conditions of financing the subsequent stages of the project, preparation of agreements concerning the construction process, preparation of model documentation (information prospectus, developer agreement, sales agreement), to the development of the internal organization of the estate (easements, housing communities).

  • We represent housing communities in civil disputes and administrative matters.
  • Advising housing communities on day-to-day operations.
  • Support in debt collection and cooperation with suppliers.

Training: 

  • Training managers and employees of developers on, among others, designed procedures in the organisation, the process of commercialisation and the handling of leases or sales to consumers, the requirements of the Development Act, abusive clauses, GDPR.
  • Training real estate brokers in legal regulations (agency agreement, GDPR, AML).
